The New South Wales Premier has ruled out any reversal of his Government's ban on jetskis in Sydney harbour, despite a rally by angry jetski owners outside State Parliament today.

A convoy of between 50 and 100 jetskis was towed into the city this morning and has been circling Parliament House to protest against the ban, which came into effect last month.

Mr Carr says the harbour should not become a speedway for jetskis and says the rally will not change his position on the issue.
